company slips on a utility crossbar and falls
backward onto a 12-thousand-volt power line.
Artificial respiration is administered 49-
year-old John Frank Trump, an Arcadia,Florida,
man who was installing a new wire at the corner
of Conner and Ludelle street in Fort Worth.
Witnesses said Trump looked like a "human torcn
atop the pole. Other workmen in the crew
quickly ordered power turned off and scampered
up the pole to assist the shock victim. He was
lowered to the ground with a pulley. Power
was restored to the lines, and artificial
respiration is given Trump until he is removed
to St.Josephes hospital. His condition at this
time -- five-hours after the accident--is
listed as "critical." ###
