Truck Driver Raymond Johnson says he can't get it
quite straight what happened. He says it seemed the
small car was standing still or moving slowly, and
hitting
that he didn't see it until a split moment before
the car. He says he was going about 45 miles per hour
when the left front of his truck hit the Lewis car.A witness, William Engleberg says he was going about
45 miles per hour when the truck passed him. He says
