In Fort Worth, the Tarrant County grand jury begins
its investigation into the shooting death last
Wednesday of 17-year-old Roger Bradley, a Negro
shot by a transit company bus driver following an
altercation S aboard a bus. The case

is being presented the jury byy ---
Jim Morgan and John Brady. One youth has come
forward to say Bradley was bystander
to the argument and dMs not involved in the trouble
aboard the bus.
SIGN "GRAND JURY"
Attorney Randall Riley is on hand to represent the
bus driver. The bus driver, in a statement given
police, said he fired after he was struck and was
threatened with a knife. Testimony is expected totake several days.
