Background: Immediate opening in Duval County for a Housing
Administrator to oversee the implementation of a newly established
Housing Preservation Grant (HPG) program. Budget approximately
$485,000.
Duties: Responsible for the complete management of a program de-
signed to assist Duval County residents in bringing substandard
structures up to FmHA code. Includes budget, personnel, construc-
tion and familiarity with FmHA guidelines.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a solid background in admini-
stering construction type grant programs, possess supervisory skills,
with at least three years experience. Applicants must communicate in
English and Spanish. College course work required. Computer liter-
acy required.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
OF THE
BENAVIDES INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
The President of the Board of Trustees of the Benavides Independ-
ent School District pursuant to the Section 23.45 of the Texas Educa-
tion Code and Article 29e, V.A.T.S., has called a meeting of the Board of
Trustees for the purpose of adopting a budget for the 1991-92 fiscal
year of the District that shall cover all expenditures for the fiscal year.
The meeting shall be held on the 29th day of August 1991 at 6:30
p.m. at the Benavides Junior High School Library In Benavides, Texas.
Any taxpayer of the district may b# present and participate in the
hearing.
