I. The Confederate States vs. D. A. Saltmarsh
The Charge against D. A. Saltmarsh upon which he was tried
before the Military Commission at San Antonio, is,
"Seditious &e disloyal language."
II. The Commission find the said D. A. Saltmarsh, "Guilty," and
sentence him as follows--
"To be confined for the space of twelve months, and at the ex-
piration of that period to be sent beyond the limits of the Confed-

III. The findings & sentence of the Commission in the above case,
are approved and are hereby ordered to be carried into execution.
