Edward A. Clark 325
Home to the adventurous of yesterday and today,
With shrines from the past
And space and spirit for the future.
To Texas,
Everlasting in the hearts of your people!
Ambassador Clark afterwards said that it would be his own Indepen-
dence Day toast from there on and hoped that we would all join him. I
believe we could just as well say, "To Edward Clark, Everlasting in the
hearts of his friends."
