Baked Meat Croquettes
2 cups chopped meat
1 small onion, minced
Salt and pepper
1 egg
Shredded wheat biscuits
2 tbsps. melted fat
Stock or water. *
Parsley
To meat add onions, salt, pepper
and egg. Roll biscuits fine. Com-
bine with meat mixture and add
enough stock or water to make of
consistency to shape. Form in
cones. Place in a greased baking
dish, ..brush with fat and bake 20
minutes in a hot oven 425 P.
Serve with a sprig of parsley- stuck
in the top of each and surround
with hot tomato sauce if desired.

r 1 egg
1-4 cup melted butter
Baked Plum Pudding
3 eggs
1-2 tsp. Cinnamon
1-4 tsp: nutmeg
1-4 tsp. allspice
• 3 tbsps. brown sugar
1-3 cup molasses
3 tbsps. melted butter
2 cups milk
1 cup gi-aham crackers crumbled
1 cup raisins
Beat eggs, add all other ingredi-
ents except crackers and raisins,
and beat thoroughly. Mix crum-
bled crackers with raisins and com
bine with first mixture. Turn into i
a buttered pudding dish nad bake \
in a moderate oven 375 F. 35-40 >
minutes. Serve warm with whipped
cream or hard sauce. Six portions.
Golden Loaf
12 marshmallows
2 tbsps. pineapple* juice
1-2 cyp whipperd cream ;
6 lady fingers
3 tbsps. crashed pineapple.
2 bananas.
Heat the pineapple juice and
marshmallows until dissolved. Re-
move from fire and beat until cool.
Add whipped cream and beat
again. Line automatic refrigerator
Salmon Steak Hollandaise
11-2 cups salmon liquor
3-4 cup soda crackers, crumbled

1-2 tsp. prepared mustard
