will showcase its production of
Sabrina Fair over the next three
weekends in Fulks Theatre with
a modern adaptation of the
romantic comedy popular on
Broadway 50 vears ago.
The spring Dinner The-
atre performance was writ-
ten by Samuel A. Tavlor and
depicts a love affair In the
mld-20th century.

Walking into astronomy
class at 9 a.m. Wednes-
day morning a student sat
down and prepared to take
an exam for which he'd nev-
er seen a study guide.
Just one more point he
told himself. If he could
score one more point than
the lowest score In the class
he'd consider it a victory.
Thus began university pres-
ident Dr. Roce Monev's day
as a college student.

Abilene won the opportu-
nity to switch places with
the president through a
contest sponsored by the
Students' Association.
Participants submitted
"Sabrina was fun to play be-
cause she brings a whole differ-
ent outlook and takes you by
surprise with her infectious tal-
ent for living" Hester said.

their separate schedules.

pus received a voice at
Wednesdays Students' As-
sociation meeting thanks to
several pieces of legislation.
Rep. Aaron Escobedo pre-
sented a bill to spend $140
to purchase a table for ACU's
spring Dinner Theatre "Sa-
brina Fair."
Tickets for the dinner will
be auctioned off only to mar-
ried or engaged couples.
"We represent the entire-
ty of the student body and
they're a part that feels kind
of left out" Escobedo said.
"It's a different set of people."
