Nov. 20, 1902.—Whereas, on Sep-
tember 16,1901, this oourt was re-
funding certain bonded indebtedness
owed by the county, to-wit: $32,000
bridge bonds, bearing bearing ft per
cent interest, to be refunded and to
bear 4 per cent intorerest, and on
Said day, to-wit, the lfith day of Sep-
tember, 1901, this court made and
passed an order fixing the compensa-
tion of the county treasurer for all
that he should do in said refunding
transaction at the sum of l-50tb of
one per o$nt on the amount of said
bonds so refunded; winch 1 -60th of
one per cent was by said order so
passed and fixed by the court as tbo jv
wholo and. full oopupisslon of said
county treasurer for regi tering the
new bonds and for receiving and dis-
bursing any monoy that should in
fact or in legal contemplation pass
through said treasurer’s hands by vir-
tue of said 'refundijfftlransaction; and

to eat turkey nor sent hini one, and
had not collected money enough to buy
ono, be made a deal for a wagon and
team for a day, and went out hauling
his winters wood.

county treasurer, bo and the same is
hereby fixed by tho court at the sum
of l-50th of one per oent for and as
his whole and full compensation for
registering any flow bonds whioh tho

funded, and for receiving and dis-
bursing any and all money which he
may receive or pay out from or by
reason of the sile or purchase of any
bonds in the transaction of refunding
