A Publ.ication of the Collin County Genealogical. Society
GENEALOGIST by: Miranda Snow Walton
Once I was a normal person
Before I climbed my family tree,
Now my forbears are acquainted
They make a battle ground of me,
My great Grandpa Pat from Ireland
Makes me dance with happy feet,
But my English one, Lord Ogley,
Walks sedately down the street.
Then my Swedish Grandma, O.ga,
Gives away each cent I make,
While my Scottish Grandma sihudders,
At the things I waste and break.
My great Grandma from Paris
Laughs and flirts the live long day,
But my great Grandma from Plymoulth
Turns my head the other way.
Thu. they differ, thus they argue,
How I wish they could agree,
For I never can determine,
Which of them is really me!!!!
Here’s what’s next.
