Frank Tichaeek a farmer living
on Fitzgeralds land went to Gon
yales Saturday with his brotherin
law John Gallia to pay his taxes
After attending to this thoy went
into n barrel houso and filled up on
cheap whisky Frank drank until
ho fell over on tho floor After a-
while Gallia got him in the gig and
tho two started for homo When
about four miles from home Ticha
eek suddenly collapsed in tho gig
and died Gallia turned around
and drove back to Gonzales with

arrested together with soveial
others on suspicion of foul play
Tichaceks remains were brought
back to Shiner and buried Sunday
Ho was about thirty years old and
leaves a wife and several children
