Description

Letter from Henry Sayles to I. H. Kempner regarding the selling of his stock or interest in land in Lee County. Sayles does not want to lose control of the stock or sell it for less than what it's worth. Sayles lists the profits that could be made from the Wichita Water & Light Company. The two are waiting on a president to be elected for the company.
