Fall Far Behind
Other Groups
Last month's paper brought im-
mediate response to our plea for as-
sistance in helping to maintain an ex-
student's periodical. Checks and mon-
ey were received from exes residing
in Noth Carolina, Missouri, Rhode
Island, Louisiana, California, Texas
Maryland,, New Mexico, Iowa, Okla-
homa, Massachusetts, Georgia, and
the Panama Canal Zone.
Albilene exes are still failing to fall
in line by paying their dues. It really
costs more to send a paper to an Abi-
lene ex-student than it does to an
exe in New York State. We must
place a one cent stamp on each paper
sent inside Abilene's city-limits, while
papers going outside this radius are
sent by weight. In addition to this
we have started with Abilene in mak-
ing out stencils for the addresser.
We really need the help of the host
of Abilene exes, so each of you do
your part and pay your dues.
Please remember that not one cent of
of your dues goes into a salary. Every
cent is spent in ex-student work by
paying for printing and sending the
paper. The university is all-out be-
hind the Association,, but we must
have'a great deal of support from
each of you in order to carry on. Re-
member too, if you send money.to the
Association and do not see your name
printed in the next issue of the Bul-
letin, then you will know that the
money has not been recorded. If this
should happen, please check up on it.

last issue of the Bulletin are: Mrs.

A recent newspaper article carried
the story that local colleges had de-

easy to account for a large percent-

the most seerious group of young
people that he has been associated
with. We are truly having a wonder-
ful school year.
