To all whom it may concern, Mrs. Schlickum is hereby released and has
permission to leave for her home at her convenience.

The Commission met pursuant to the Order heretofore issued adjourning
the same, which order is as follows:
"Extract" Head Quarters Dept of Texas
San Antonio. August 16 1862
IV-The Military Commission convened under General Order No. 3 from
Head Quarters Trans Miss. District South of Red River June, 30th 186.2
now in Session at San Antonio will on receipt of this order adjourn to
meet again at San Antonio in thirty days.-
