Rainfall and Temperature at 150 Texas Points.
The stations listed below are those at which there has been continuous weather observation of suffi,
lent length of time to establish a dependable normal. The normal precipitation is given for each month
and also for the year; normal temperatures are given only for July and January, usually the high and low
peaks of tempelatule in the State, and for the year. If the county or station desired does not appear on
this last, its rainfall and temperature can be approximated by reference to the records of one or more near-
by stations. Records given here are from the Central Texas office of the Weather Bureau, United Statem
Department of Ag culture, Houston, Texas, and are compiled for this edition of The Texas Almanac from
latest available data.
