The program guide includes a Prelude, Welcome, Presentation of the Colors, the National Anthem, the Invocation, Remarks on the Resolution, Remarks, Musical Selection, Remarks, Presentation of the Congressional Gold Medal, Acceptance and Word of Thanks, and Benediction. There is a gold cord wrapped around the center of the pamphlet.
