Ayala Alejandro, age 83 years.
Requiem Mass was celebrated
on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from
St. Joseph’s Catholic Church
in Dilley, with Rev. Henry
Bordeaux, officiating.
Interment was in the Dilley
Cemetery under the direction
of Hearn Funeral Home.
Mrs. Alejandro was born
on June 30, 1892 in Irapuerto,
Mexico and passed away on
August 16, 1975 at the Frio
Hospital in Pearsall.
She is survived by her
husband, Miguel P. Alejandro
of Dilley; daughters, Mrs.
Dolores Moyar of Minnesota
and Mrs, Guadaltpe Ramirez
of Pico Rivera, Calif,; sister

In the second game Cotulla
scored seven runs in the first
tw innings and held Encinal
to only two runs far a 9 to 2
victory and a split of the

SAN MARCOS — Three
Cotulla students were among
the close to 800 degree
candidates who received
diplomas from Southwest Texas
State University in summer
commencement ceremonies on
Saturday, Aug. 16.
The commencement address
was delivered by Lt. Governor
Bill Hobby, a native Houstonian
who is serving his second term
as lieutenant governor.
The summer commencement
program was conducted at
Evans Field.
The three graduates include
Gerald A. Cox, Jr., Linda
Davis and Joy Lorelle Casey.
Gerald, son of G. A. Cox,
received his Bachelor of
Science in Agriculture.
Linda the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs, R. K. Davis received
her Bachelor of Science in
Education with a major in
Drama.
Joy, daughter at Mr. and
