Dear Mr. Kempner:
I received your letter of May 12th, and as per your request
I am enclosing some standard Wonder State one page fly sheets on the
steel house.
Actually these steel houses were primarily developed for
the tenant farmers. They were developed with the idea:
a. They are simple in construction and can be
erected by normal tenant labor, which will
contribute substantially to the low cost of
the structure.
!. Inherent nature of the materials used con-
tributes to the longevity and durability
of the finished product. These houses will
be industructable by fire, windstorm, de-
terioration by rodents, termites, etc.
Trusting that this information may be of some help to you
in the future, with kindest personal re rds, I remain
'incern lv,
/s/ Bill
