A slight error crept into the
County Treasurer’s report that
we published sometime ago. The
copy given us made it that there
was 4,Warrents registered and
unpaid for the road and bridge

Lone Prairie Nerfs
Well as I havn’t seen a letter
from Lone Prairie in some time,
I will send in a few lines.
Mr. and Mrs. East, both blind
and their little twelve year old
boy gave an intertainment at the
school house last Wednesday
night. Miss Ruby Kennedy got
a nice purse lor being the band

We are sorry to report Mrs.
Sewell on the sick list.
Our school is getting along
nicely with Miss Vera Precise as
principal and Mrs. Della Kirby
as assistant teachers. There is
an enrollment of about 44.j
Rev. Franks of St. Jo filled his
regular appointment Saturday
night and Sunday morning, but
was unable to preach Sunday
night on account of a severe cold.
Annie Reeves has been sick
the past week, but we are glad
to report that she is some better.
Misses Vera Burch and Ruby
Kennedy attended praymeeting
at Woodland Sunday night.
Mr. Nelson entained the young
folks with a musical Saturday
night.
Some of the young people at-
tended singing at Mr. Cases at
at Belcheryille Sunday night.
Willie Kirby made a business
trip to Bowie Friday.
