If So, Come to the Brownwood Country.
(Farm land that pays for itself in one crop ranging in
prices of $10.00 to $60.00 per acre, Irrigated land, $75.00
to $150.00 per acre. Cotton, Corn, Alfalfa, Kaffir Corn,

EIf interested in a Brick Factory, we have shale in limit-
less quantities, and an endless demand for brick. Our
shale will make a better vitrified brick than the famous
"Coffeyville" or "Galesburg" vitrified brick.
CBrownwood has one of the best systems of public schools
in Texas, and two colleges. The County has experimental,
or demonstration farms, and agriculture is taught in the
public schools. An unlimited water supply is offered as
inducement to factories to locate here.
CFor full particulars, address the Secretary of the Com-
mercial Club.
[Brownwood is a fine Home town, with paved streets,
cement walks, churches, and invites you to compare with
other sections in way of inducements.
Come to Brownwood and Grow Prosperous.
