last Saturday night when the

and son, Harold Ray, of Waco,

of Anahuac, spent the past
week-end at Port Lavaca, fish-
ing. They returned by the way
of Galveston an J Anahuac,
where they speul Saturday
night with their daughter, and
returned home Sunday after-
noon. Mr. Booth reporta that
1 tailing was not good on ac-
count of high winds.
Mrs W. A. Taylor received
word thia week that her son,
Capt Ryan Taylor, his wife,
and children, Darrell and GaU,
would arrive by plane June 2
at Travia Air Force Base, Cal.,
and expected to see her the
Sth or 8 th of the month. Capt.
Taylor has been serving in the
Air Corps in Japan.
