The first Quarterly Conference
of the Aspermont Methodist!
Church, and the Aspeimont Cir-!
cuit;, was held at the Parsonage |
Monday night. This was the
first conference of the new year,
and incidentally the first time
the members of the Aspermont
station and the members of the
Aspermont circuit had ever met
in joint session An unusually
large crowd was present The
prospects for revivals for the en-
suing year were discussed. All
the officials present look forward
to a great, years work. Bro.
Bradford is the new pastor of the
Aspermont Circuit, and is hope-
ful for a good year. Resolutions
Were passed and adopted that a
parsonage be built for Bro. Brad-
ford at Aspermont, on lots dona-
ted by J, C. Link.
Miss Self was a welcome guest
at this meeting, and furnished
some very enjoyable musical
numbers at the close of the busi-
ness session. Mrs. E. L. Yeats
served the guests with chocolate
and pie. and thus brought to
close a very enjoyable meeting.

at the Tabernacle, Thursday at
the Methodist church.
"The Hoodooed Coon," a farce
comedy in three acts, will be giv-
en at the Swenson High School
building, by the high school pu-
pils for the benefit of the Home
Economics Dept. and athletics.
The play will begin promptly
at 7:30 Wednesday Nov. 26th.
This is a benefit play and your
presence will certainly be appre-
ciated by the school and commu-
nity
