Part of a collection of 6000 photos, negatives, and ROTC memorabilia donated by the photographer to Moffett Library in 1999.

Lloyd Bentsen ran as a Democrat for U.S. Senate and stopped in Wichita Falls, Texas in October 1970. He was was accompanied by Graham Purcell, U.S. Representative for Texas 13th District. He won the election against George Bush and served 1971-1993.

Pulitzer Prize nominee Jim Cochran was the chief photographer for the Wichita Falls Times. He left his 6,000-item collection of photos and negatives to his alma mater, Midwestern State University.
