their farm north of Old Glory.
The farm was originally owned
and operated by the late Mr. and
Mrs. Hill Sawyers and family.

which opened Sunday.
Little Douglas Vahlenkamp,
six year old son of Mr. apd
Mrs. Eugene Vahlenkamp, suf-
fered a broken arm below the
elbow, when he fell while play-
ng, and was rushed to the Stam-
ford Memorial Hospital for
treatment. He is a first grader
in the old Glory school in Mrs.
T. E. Beits room. A speedy re-
covery, Douglas.

were married in Midland on
Monday.
Mrs. Springer is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Leon of
Abilene. Springer is the son of
Mr. and Mrs.. Guyle W. Springer
of Aspermont.
Attending the couple were T.
O. Midklff and Mrs. Ralph
Powell of Midland.
The Springers will live in As-
permont where he is associated
with his father in ranching.
