sand arms, and it wriggles and
moves, poisons and stings, with

agreed with Texas Gov. Benuford
Jester that Texans are a "race of
people."

his train pulled into the capital
city lor a 25-minute stop.
He was introduced to a throng

'Texas is in a class by itself,"
Mr. Truman said, referring to the
