upon yesterday at a meeting of the
members of the Scoot' executive com-
mittee. The committee at the same time
considered the program to be given
by the Scouts at Rio Grande baseball
park on December 27. The program
will open at 2:30 In the afternoon.
Each Scout must bring his own ma-

the camp. All members of the troop
partlcfpatlng in the field meet will
be required to participate In this
event. First second and third places
will be awarded to troops having
their camp complete first. Fourteen
troops will participate and they will
set up 12 tents 'each.
Points will also be awarded for the
following features:
a. Alignment of tents 5
b. Proper ditching S
c General neatness 4
d. Fireplace t

possible points. 12. Each troop will
be permitted to enter a team com-
posed of four scouts which may in-
clude Second and Tenderfoot Scouts.

sack. It must he strong gunny or
towsack. The distance for each Scout
in this relay race will be 44 feet. A
handkerchief will be carried by the

ond member the second member to
tbe third member and so on.
4 to 4:30 first aid contest; possible
points 20. Each troop may enter
four Scouts one of which must be &
first class Scout. One of the team
must act as patient. The actual
splinting and bandnging must be done
by the first class Scout.
Unknown contest. The details of
this contest will not be announced
until the Scouts reach the field. It
will require seven Scoots one of
whom may be a tenderfoot. The con-
test will be In work required for the
second class test.
4:30 to 5 wall sealing contest; pos-
sible points 12. Each troop is per-
mitted to enter one complete patroL
This contest will be one against time.
The starting point will be 10 feet
from the wall. Run to the wall and
scale it then run to the finishing
line 50 feet on other side of wall.
Every member of the patrol must be
on the finishing line to score his
team.
