A letter addressed to Honorable Roane Waring, Memphis, Tennessee, from T. N. Carswell, Delegate 17th District, dated September 3, 1941. Carswell advises Waring that he was privileged to hear and meet him at Fort Worth, of receipt of the brochure from the Department of Tennessee announcing his candidacy for National Commander and confirms that he is "for him" and will do all he can to that end as a delegate from Texas.
