Report documenting the findings of a survey in the West Dallas Urban Area to determine what steps should be taken for improvement: "This survey of the West Dallas Urban Area was undertaken primarily to make an inventory o existing housing and other structures, and of existing utilities and public facilities, or the lack of them, in order that problems could be appraised and a program developed for the area's renewal" (p. 1).
