he had some renegade doctor in charge. The last few years
of this fake institute has not been smooth sailing. We have
filed suit after suit against them, and finally succeeded in
getting a federal indictment against Terrill, and two of his
associates who were in charge of the Dallas office. One
of these reprobates has been sentenced to the United States
prison for three years, and the other for two years. After
these cases were disposed of the Terrill Medical and Surgical
Institute went out of business in Texas.
