selves by some remarkably line claret
punch made by Max Zimmerman and
supplied by Harry Baum & Co. and
some excellent beer contributed by ad-
miring friends.

Louis Cbapman was bound over to

Jefl Merrill was found prowling
caught stealing from under the bead of
Mr. Harris' daughter. He was required
to give a $200 bond and In default was
lodged In Jail.
Justice Crawford says tbat Ibe re-

was entirely "too previous." and "drew
