1. The State of Texas, act-
ing by and through the Texas
Department of Mental Health
and Mental Retardation, pro-

bidders approximately 1,051
acres of land consisting of
two (2) tracts (tract 1 being
approximately 315 acres and
tract 2 being approximately
736 acres) located at Rusk
State Hospital in Cherokee
County, Texas.

3. Bids submitted under eith-
er 2 (aX 2 (bX or 2 (c)
above may be for a period
of one (1) year beginning Se-

changes, Chamber Manager
