WHAT I ALWAYS KNEW ABOUT LIFE,
BUT DIDN'T QUITE UNDERSTAND.
In my search for advice from the elderly I was told many
things that had. been handed down from generation to generation.
All of the things that I thought I knew and couldn't put into
words came to me by surprise when I interviewed a group of senior
citizens who could.
I can truthfully say that the interviews were the best move
that I ever made; on the other handy they were rather embarrassing
too. Let me tell you why. Firsts I have always considered myself
as being a smart intellectuals but I found out differently. Second,
all the things that my mother and others told me, when I was too
hardheaded to pay attention, I found out now are true. Third, I
always thought that I was spiritually blessed because of my adoles-
cent maturity. But that turned out to be adolescent immaturity.
Finally, I also thought that people were always looking for the
same thing that I was looking fore but I never knew what that was.
So I was still left in the dark about a lot of things.
All of this Personal embarrassment brought about a sense of
awareness in me that I never knew I had. And if you are willing
to find out the real truth in your life, read these Peices of
advice carefully. " The truth is the light that will set your
soul free."
