Thence west to the N. W. corner of said Section No. 70, in said
block;
Thence on west and across the north end of the Rebecca Walker
survey to the N. W. corner of said survey;
Thence south with the W. B. line of said survey to the E. B.
line of the E. L.
Thence west to the N. W. corner of Section No. 106, in Block
No. 16, H.
Thence south to the S. W. corner of said Section No. 106;
Thence east along the S. B. line of said Section No. 106, to the
center of the N. B. line of Section No. 105, same block;
Thence south through the center of Sections No. 105, 102, and
101, to the center of the north line of Section No. 98, in said
Block No. 16;
Thence west along the N. B. line of said Section No. 98, to its
northwest corner;
Thence south on the W. B. line of Section No. 98, to its S. W.
corner;
Thence west along the N. B. line of Section No. 95, same block
to the N. W. corner of said section;
Thence south on the W. B. line of Sections 95, 94, 93 and 90
to Pease River:
Thence down said river with its meanderings in an easterly direction
to the E. B. line of Hardeman Couney, and W. B. line of
Wilbarger County, Texas;
Thence in a' northerly direction on the E. B. line of Hardeman
County, Texas, and the W. B. line of Wilbarger County, Texas,
through Sections Nos. 84, 63, 62, 61, 60, 59, 58, 54 and to a point
in the north boundary line of Section 54 where it crosses the Wilbarger,
Hardeman County line;
Thence in a westerly direction along the N. B. lines of Sections
54 and 57 to the N. E. corner of 68;
Thence north with the east line of Section 69 to the N. E.
corner of the south half of Section 69, Block 16;
Thence in a westerly direction with the north line of the south
half of Section 69 to the N. W. corner of the south half of Section
69;
Thence north with the east B. L. of Section 70 and the west
B. L. of Section 69 to the N. E. corner of Section 70, place of beginning.
SEC. 2. That said district shall hereafter be and the same
shall be known as the Bailey High Common Consolidated School
District No. 1, in Hardeman County, Texas.
SEC. 3. All maintenance or other taxes heretofore voted or
bonds heretofore issued or other legal indebtedness heretofore incurred
by the Common Consolidated School District No. 1, in
Hardeman County, Texas, and which are now outstanding, shall
27-Laws.
