with the western boundary line of said Nueces River Irrigetion Park
tract, to the northwest corner of said Nueces River Irrioation Park
tract, on the south boundary of the lp river road, thence continuing
with the same course of N. 9 degrees 55' E. across said up
I .ver road and with the western boundary line of Annex No. 2 of
said Nueces River Irri'ation Park tract and a portion cf the west:rn
boundary line of the tract of land conveyed by Andrew Nickerson
to W. S. .Rankin and John Grant, 732.3 vrs. for a corner of
this district. Thence N. S degrees 22' W'. with the western boundary
of sa;d tract conveyed bv said Nickerson to said Rankin and
Grant. 1253 vrs to the northwestern corner of said tract, conveyed
by said Nickerson to the said Rankin and Grant, on the right bank
of the said Nuiees River, for the northwestern corner of this district.
Thence down the said Nueces Rivei with the meanders of its
riehlt bank, to the place of beginning.
The above described district is situated in Nueces, County, about
eighteen miles (18) north 80 degrees W. from the county site.
SEC. 2. That Section 1, of Chapter 22, being House Bill No.
35, passed at the First Called Session of the Thirty-second Legis15-Spec
