No. 1735 1 highway fund; and 2 (3) the remainder shall be deposited to the credit of 3 the general revenue fund. 4 (e) A beneficiary of a specialty license plate issued under 5 Subchapter G or I, as designated by the applicable section of those 6 subchapters, may purchase the specialty license plates, in boxes of 7 25, for use or resale by the beneficiary. The beneficiary shall pay 8 the required fee per plate, less the amount of the fee that would be 9 deposited to the credit of the designated account. 10 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives 11 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as 12 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this 13 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this 14 Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
