SECTION I. (a) All amounts deposited during the state
r8 fiscal ninnic begin g Septemr 1, 2003, to the credit of th
9 dry cleani g fa .iltv release fund created by Cha.pter 374, FHealth
0 a nd Safety Code, as added by House ill. No. 1366, Acts of the 78th
ii Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, are appropriated to the Texas
12 Commission on Environmental Quality for the state fiscal biennium
13 begirvng September 1, 2003, for the purpose of administering
14 Chapter 374, subject to the limitations prescribed by Chapter 374
15 or otherwise prescribed by House Bill No. 1366.
16 (b) Any :n crease in sate employee benefit costs inc urred
17 during the state fiscal bi..ennium beginning September , 2003, in
18 conection with adnmi ni string Chapter 374, Health and Safety Code,
19 as .added by House Bi. No - 1366, Acts of the 78t:h Legislature
20 Reguclar Se,ssion 2Q03, shall, be paid out of the arxopr iatons rmade
21 by Subsection (a) of this section and shall be allocated o t e
22 appropriated employee benefit appropriation items in accordance
23 with applicable rules of the comptroller.
