1                      SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
2         WHEREAS, Section   17, Article   III, Texas Constitution,
3   provides that neither house of the legislature may adjourn for more
4   than three days without the consent of the other house; now,
5   therefore, be it
6         RESOLVED by the 78th Legislature, 4th Called Session, That
7   each house grant the other permission to adjourn for more than three
8   days during the period beginning on Tuesday, April 20, 2004, and
9   ending on Tuesday, April 27, 2004.
