said river to the mouth of Catfish Creek; thence northeast up
said creek to the west line of the R. C. McDaniel league; thence
north to the N. W. corner of said McDaniel league and the N. E.
corner of the J. L. Cabbs survey; thence east with the N. line of
said McDaniel league to the beginning. Containing the following
