discovered a dark bundle In tho river. He In
formed Mr. Ilyrn and about 20 minutes nfter ho
took his lUhlug pole and pulled It down when
ho saw It was a dead man. Mr. I.. II. Ilyrn
camo to his assistance tho body was drawn
to shore und tlod to a stake. It had apparently
