The Alamo Cement Company which
owns the Shllllnger patent for putting
down the sidewalks now so common In
tho city yesterday sued out an Injunc-
tion In the Federal court to restrain cer-
tain parties from using the process and
patent In laying sidewalks. The parties

William Shaw nnd others were served
with the Injunction yesterday by Mar-
shal Gosling. The hearing of the argu-
ment In the matter Is set for July 7
when It will be heard before Justice
Woods.
