Copy of a letter from David Norman thanking Louis Stokes for his letter to Attorney General Richard Kleindienst on behalf of the Congressional Black Caucus regarding the deaths of two students, Leonard Brown and Denver Smith, at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on November 16, 1972. Norman says that appropriate action will be taken if the investigation reveals a violation of a federal statute occurred.
