The overlay contains annotations regarding the USS Tilefish (SS-307), USS Tacloban (PG-22), AtCom, Ulithi, the Commander of the 7th Fleet, Commander of Naval Group China, Commander in Chief of the East Indies Task Forces 38, 93, and 94, Task Groups 35.1, 43.6, and 73.4, Task Unit 30.5.1, Japanese Merchant Ships Kashima Maru, Nichiei Maru, and Shoun Maru, and convoys 4-I and MATA-40. Significant events visible on the map include a large ship being breached and burning.
