Said plaintiff's potition was filed
on the 21 day of March, 1U42. The
file number of said suit being No.
14,230. The names of the parties in
said suit are: Versie Arnold as
Plaintiff, and Chas. Arnold us De-
fendant.
The nature of .said suit being sub-
stantially as follows, to-wit:
Plaintiff sues Defendant for a
divorce alleging Plaintiff's Statu-
tory residence in Burleson County,
Texas, and that Defendant's Resi-
dence is unknown to Plaintiff; al-
b-King .their marriage on the 25th
day of November, 1920, and their
separation on October 1, 1935, al-
leging as ground for divorce three
years' abandonment of Plaintiff by
Defendant with the intention of
permanently abandoning Plaintiff.
Issued this the 24th day of
March, 1942. Given under my hand
and seal of said Court, at office in
Caldwell, Texas, this the 24th day

lege in Austin.
Mrs. J. W. Westbrook is visiting
her husband who is employed in
West Columbia.
Everyone is urged to attend
Sunday School regularly. Those
who are trying to build up the Sun-
day School need your help.
