In loving memory of our son and
brother, Cari "Jack" Rosenlcrans,
who was killed on Tuesday, Sep-
tember 4, 1947, when the light
plane in which he was riding
crashed near Mumford, Texas, and
he was killed immediately. Jack
was born near Caldwell and at-
tended Caldwell High School. He
was a good athlete and loved ull
sorts of sports. He served in the
Army Air Force during the past
war and was employed by Houston
Transit Company at the time of
his untimely death.
How very long the years have
seemed
Our son and brother gone,
And yet within our lonely hearts,
He still is living on.
We've taken each sweet memory,
That's of us so much a part,
Cher «hed and never to be forgot-
ten,
But locked deep within our
hearts;
For only God can ever know,
The hcartuches and the pain,
And lonely hr>urs that still must
pass
Until we meet again!
