Photograph of Chaplain Harold Elliott holding a large color photograph that shows him walking past the bombed Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. The bomb completely demolished one side of the building and was the worst terrorist attack at the time on U.S. soil. Chaplain Elliott was called to the city to assist as a chaplain to the other chaplains and later, to councel state, federal and local rescue and recovery workers.
