The U. S. Direct Tax Commissioners for the
State of Texas, hereby give notice that at the end
of sixty days from this date, all lots, lands and
real estate improvements, upon the Assessment
roll of I860, for Galveston county, upon which
the United States tax remains unpaid, will be de-
clared forfeited to the United States and sold
accordingly. The Commissioners will be at the
Court House for the next ten days, to colleot the
remainder of outstanding t<v*.
