Intra Lager Beer Baloon, or retailing Lager Beer, or
■malt liquors of any description, in quantities less than a

years, being temporarily or otherwise, within tbe afore./

Provoet Marshal to have hla name, re 'dence, and occu-
pation registered, and to furnish such information aa
maybe required of him: And such aa claim to be alien
shall be sworn to the effect that they will abide hy and
maintain the law of th! State and the Confederate
States, so long as they are permitted to reside therein,
and that they Wil not convey to our enetaies any tnfor
mation whatever, or do any act Injurious to the inter
