Early Twentieth Century Divorce
Premises considered, plaintiff prays that defendant be duly and legally cited to answer
this suit; that she have judgment dissolving the bonds of matrimony between plaintiff and
defendant, for the custody of said minor child and that she have judgment restoring her
maiden name Annie M. Momand to her, and that she have judgment for all costs in this
suit, and general and special relief.
