Deed is Filed for Record in County Clerk's Office.
A lot on Elm street was recently sold by
M. Murphy and wife to Dr. A. B. Small for
$52,750. The property is 125 feet west of
Hawkins street on the north side of Elm,
occupied by a brick building. The sale became
known yesterday when the deed was filed for
record with Deputy County Clerk M. L. Camp.

Three Deeds Filed Names This Amount for Total Consideration.
Three deeds calling for considerations
which totaled $76,057 were filed with Deputy
County Clerk M. L. Camp yesterday. The deeds
carried $34 worth of internal revenue stamps for
the cash involved in the transfers.
The Investors' Development Company
sold to A. Guiders, a one-half interest in the east
and west halves of lot 5 block 23-7. The east
half of the lot begins in the north line of Jackson
street, fifty feet east of its intersection with the
east line of Houston street, and makes a lot
100x25 feet. The west half begins in the north
line of Jackson street, twenty-five feet east of its
intersection with Houston street, making a lot
100x25 feet. The consideration was $29,029.
