besides approving the claims
against the various funds, the
following business was transact-
ed;
Court ordered $1250.00 trans-
ferred^from the Highway main-
tenance fund to the Road and
Bridge fund of precinct No. 4, as
a temporary loan, to be re-trans-
ferred,. when sufficient taxes
have been collected, together
with interest threreon at the
rate of 4 1-2 per cent.
Court ordered $500.00 trans-
ferred from the Colorado River
bridge fund to the Colorado
River warrant Sinking fund.
•Court ordered the County
Judge, County Auditor and the
Commissioner of precinct No. 1,
be, and hereby, appointed a com-
mittee to open bids for the paint-
ing of the Colorado River bridge,
on Monday, July 2nd., with full
authority and power to let the
contract therefor.
Final estimate of Starke &
Smith, on Job No. 76-B, Project
No. 281, on Highway No. 3, was
examined and found correct, and
ordered paid—warrant therefor
to be held in abeyance, pending
satisfaction of claims.
Court ordered that Lee Smith,
Commisioner of precinct No. 1,
be instructed to sell the wind
mill heretofore located at the
Poor Farmwhich was taken down
by order of the Court.
Ordered by the Court that a
self-starter be purchased for
the truck heretofore purchased
